Aquí Andamos

Un día a la vez.

We're still here, and we're taking it one day at a time.

Our Mission

Our mission is to empower the Latino community by providing accessible, culturally relevant mental health resources that inspire understanding, healing, and connection. Through education, shared stories, and guidance to trusted care, we aim to break stigma, normalize conversations about mental health, and support individuals and families on their path to well-being.

"Mental health to me is about giving myself permission to pause and recognize my emotions and prioritize self care without feeling guilty. It is also about having a balance with society expectations and personal growth."
